Strandidyl Bed & Breakfast

The hosts made us feel at home the whole time, and the room was warm, comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. My partner and I came to Kelstrupstrand for our wedding, and this was the nicest place we could have hoped for. We’re both vegetarian, and breakfast was delicious, with a great range of options, including homemade spreads. The beach and woods are each only a five-minute walk away, making it a lovely place to connect with nature. You can see how much care Gunnar and Claudia have put into every detail and into bringing hygge to the stay. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone planning a visit. A note: some photos uploaded here are from the previous owners. The place has been recently renovated and looks beautiful and stylish.

It’s a quiet place in a very nice area, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away. We stayed one night with our family and enjoyed it. The service was friendly and very good, and our questions were answered well. Since we had to leave early, they even made breakfast available earlier than usual. I’d give the room four stars because the bed was very soft, and I prefer a firm one. The stay was very good overall.

The host was friendly, and there’s parking on the property. The room is spacious, with a huge bathroom, although the shower cubicle is tiny. The bed is old but okay, and breakfast is okay too. The WiFi barely works. You’ll need a car to get to the beach or a restaurant.

The two friendly sisters running this B&B do a good job. The rooms are clean and simple, with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is great, and having a private bathroom makes the price fair for what you get.
