Hanstholm Camping

The family shower rooms were acceptable, and we were glad our green cabin had its own toilet because the men's and women's toilets in the main building both had an overpowering, awful smell. The cabin itself was very worn and a bit dirty, though some of the other cabins looked in better shape. The site as a whole is beginning to feel tired. There isn't a beach right beside the campsite, despite what some photos might lead you to think. Thy has a beautiful beach instead. This is an okay place for a brief stop, but the building needs renovation, as other reviews have mentioned. There are better campsites nearby, so I'd consider those too.

Great location close to the beach, and the showers and hygiene were good. Loved this place!

The ocean views are beautiful, and the location makes it easy to head out and explore northern Jutland and the national parks. It's a spacious site with plenty of good equipment for campers. There are animal pens for kids, lots of playgrounds and a small Waterpark. Every pitch has electricity and water. Bathing facilities include family-only rooms, plus lots of toilets and sinks for personal hygiene. Staff are friendly, and there's a small shop selling breakfast breads.

The ocean view is lovely and it's a very nice campsite, but the shower and toilet facilities could use some attention. There are no hooks in the showers for towels, and nowhere to put your things.
