The beach is close by, and it’s quiet here. For a short stay, the place has what you need: a big kitchen with plenty of stoves, lots of bathrooms, a roomy dining area, and a playroom for both adults and kids. Check-in is self-service, with everything handled by codes.

The campground was uncrowded, and nights were pleasantly quiet. I arrived late by bike, but the self-check-in terminal in the lobby was easy to use. They emailed me a daily code for the doors and showers. There is a sauna, though I couldn’t relax in it because children were playing there and their parents weren’t keeping an eye on them.

The playroom is awesome, and the campground has the practical things covered too: electric hookups, a big clean kitchen, clean bathrooms, and laundry. It was very quiet in October, and booking and checking in were easy to do yourself.

There are lots of toys for kids and grown-ups, plus a good kitchen and plenty of places to sit. The showers can be used for as long as you like, and the sauna is free. Getting in with a Visa Card was easy. Perfect.

The toilets were dirty and the place smelled of cigarettes. The welcome was awful, handled by a computer, and the woman looking after the place came across as dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this campsite.
