We had the apartment to ourselves for the weekend. It's a lovely conversion of the gardener's old house, with antiques in the decor and a pleasant garden view. We asked to have breakfast in the greenhouse, and the food was delicious in such a romantic setting. The owners were so friendly, and we could walk around the castle and the whole property. What an amazing weekend.

Walking through the castle gardens in fall was wonderful, and the orangery felt warm and cosy. Stig and Greg made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was delicious. In the evening we had the gardens to ourselves. It felt unreal, like being in a fairytale :)

We couldn't stay at Gartnerens Anneks because the bathroom and toilet are downstairs, which wasn't suitable for my disabled wife. Gregory kindly found us two different places for the dates we'd booked, including Edelsminde, 600 meters away. We were lucky to have breakfast in the orangerie, which was a real treat. Thanks to Stieg. If you stay here, try Stieg’s breakfast.

Greg and Stig ❤️ will look after you, and they serve up their best breakfast and tapas. Take in the scenery!
