Breakfast has a good spread of bread, Danish pastries, cheese and charcuterie, yogurt and cereal, plus hot scrambled eggs and sausages. The coffee is acceptable, but tea is limited to fruit tea, so bring your own English breakfast tea bags. The reception has a small bar with draught beer, spirits, and wine at reasonable prices. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. My room had good lighting, a decent desk, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a mini fridge. The TV had basic international news channels, and the hotel WiFi was decent. Rooms were decent too, and the place was clean and convenient, right by Herlev's small pedestrian shopping area. There's a lift to the upper floors, though the ground floor rooms are reached along a corridor with five steps up from ground level. There's not a huge amount going on nearby, but there are a couple of reasonable restaurants and some shops. It worked well for my business visit nearby. The airport was about 25 minutes away by taxi, though taxis here are expensive. If I need to come back to the area, I'd be happy to stay here again.

We paid almost €500 for one night, and left unhappy after an inconvenient stay with very little sleep. We booked three rooms for five family members. Two were extremely noisy because of the nearby train, making it very hard to sleep. The hotel can't control the train, but better soundproofing or a price adjustment would have been appropriate after such a poor night's rest. Breakfast was another letdown. We paid €90 total, or €16 per person, but found no coffee machine, just a limited choice of tea bags, one basic Swiss cheese that wasn't enough for everyone, and a single jam flavor. The fruit juice was very low quality, and the meal didn't feel worth the price. The €50 charge for 24 hours of parking also felt excessive. The hotel may have some positives, but these problems left us disappointed, and we wouldn't return.

The hotel has expanded a lot and is still family owned, with clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was good, and there's a bar area where you can relax.

We had parking spots available to us, and enjoyed staying in Herlev. It was easy to drive to Kopenhagen too, where we had a very good time. The hotel room was clean, with a modern bathroom, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any issue. There's a beautiful park with a church right next to the hotel, nice for walks. Highly recommend it.
