I couldn’t relax in the sauna and wellness area, so I left after only 20 minutes. The place was dirty, smelly, loud, and seemed poorly maintained. People were drinking Red Bull and cola in the steam room and having loud, ongoing conversations even though it’s meant to be a silent zone. One man even took his iPhone into the infrared sauna. It felt like people had little respect for the rules or the atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend this as a wellness experience.

The room was basic, with no extras, but everything was clean and I’m not complaining. The facilities more than made up for it: access to the pool and spa, gym, and classes. Breakfast was excellent, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

A good hotel right in the city center, with cafes and restaurants easy to reach. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the mattress was good. The pool area and fitness hall looked nice, but we didn’t manage to find time to use them.

We go every year without fail. The swimming pool is absolutely brilliant.

I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the changing room was spacious and clean. The showers had warm water and shower gel dispensers. I only saw the gym and pool, but both were very good. The gym has plenty of weights and machines, including a large free weights area and lots of cardio choices like Stairmasters, rowing machines, treadmills and bikes. Even when it gets crowded, you can usually find room to work out. There’s disinfectant for cleaning the equipment, which most people use, plus a little space to stretch. The pool was very nice too. I can recommend it.
