I liked the hotel's facilities and infrastructure, but the service let the stay down. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, and seemed unprepared and unprofessional. That overshadowed the hotel's good points. Better training and more attention to customer service could make this place much better.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly too. My one issue was the temperature: it stayed much too warm even with the heating turned off.

We got a fan for the room since there’s no AC. The staff were attentive and really friendly, and the restaurant on site had a good range of choices. There’s parking here as well as EV chargers.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were great and friendly. The rooms feel a little worn, the mattress was bad, and the Wi-Fi wasn't up to scratch. The couch needs a clean, too. With the windows open it can get a bit noisy. Still, an okay option for Herning.

Parking was the drawback for me: it’s in the garage next door, not at the hotel. The rooms were fine, with a great city view, and breakfast was good. It’s close to both the station and Herning city center. All in all, I had a good experience.
