The old watermill wheel is still turning in the pond, and the place has kept its character. There’s a lovely old-fashioned playground and animals for the kids and whole family to see. The food was excellent too, and the setting and atmosphere were just as nice. If you’re nearby, it’s well worth stopping in.

The surroundings were lovely, and the staff were very pleasant. Borbjerg Mill Inn hosted a reception after a funeral, and more people showed up than expected. The staff handled it smoothly, finding enough tables and chairs for everyone in a professional way.

At DKK 100 per adult, the Sunday cake buffet with at least 10 kinds of cake is a bargain. Really nice inn. I’ll be back! 🎂🥧🍰🍮🧁🍪☕😃👍

The lake and surrounding nature make for a beautiful setting. The buffet was good, and the cake table was lovely. Some of the meat, especially the lamb, was a little too dry.

I was here for work, but I’d come back with the kids. It’s a very nice family-owned inn, with very reasonable prices for Denmark.
