The room was clean and breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed staying here. We got lucky and spotted deer and squirrels in the hotel garden. There are also hiking paths along the beach. In Japan we'd usually have to go deep into the mountains to see those animals, so seeing them here was a lovely surprise!

We felt so welcome here, and the breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were clean and lovely, with comfortable beds. In the dining room you can also see work by renowned Danish painter Arne Haugen Sørensen and key Danish design pieces. It's a charming local hotel in a beautiful spot, with great views over the water. The very cool surf centre & cafe is nearby, as is Lynæs harbour, where there are restaurants, ice cream shops and wild swimming. The hosts are lovely, and new since 2022.

A lovely Danish-feeling place, with designer chairs and paintings by the owners father that we really liked. It's close to both the beach and harbor, and the rooms were clean. Great breakfast, and the staff were really nice.
