Hotel Thinggaard

The hotel itself is stunning, and the service feels professional. The rooms are large, clean, and kept at a perfect temperature, with high quality beds. It's a romantic place, especially suited to couples. If you're in Thy, I can highly recommend it. The brunch had good quality food and the options you need, though there were a few flaws. Some items weren't topped up, with at least 3-4 things missing, and the selection wasn't broad, so the table felt empty. After 9, there was no sausage or nut cream. There were no waffles or pancakes, which is understandable, though most hotels in this price range have them. There wasn't a smoothie or homemade green or carrot juice option either. Coffee was just regular, with no espresso or fresh latte. One morning the bread wasn't fresh, which you'd expect better at this price.

My parents in law celebrated their Golden wedding anniversary in the ballroom. The staff were very helpful getting things ready for the party and replied to our email requests very quickly. The food, facilities, and service were all excellent. I'd highly recommend Hotel Thingaard for a weekend away or a big event. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is right in the middle of the small town, and parking was very close with enough spaces for everyone while we were there. Our standard double room was modern and very clean. Check in and check out went smoothly, and the included breakfast was well equipped. We stayed one night and I'd recommend the hotel.

The room got too hot, and there was no way to cool it down. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The dinner menu was too limited for us, with only 4 items.
