The area around the hotel is beautiful, and our room felt new and clean. It was on the small side for the price, though. There's no AC, as is common in Europe, which didn't bother us, but could matter if you're traveling in the heat of summer. Breakfast was a classic Danish spread, and the ingredients seemed high quality. A very nice hotel in the Danish countryside.

We had a great stay while golfing at Great Northern. The owner was friendly, and the service felt very personal. The house and garden are exceptional.

Breakfast was generous and good, served in a lovely setting. We had a charming room in beautiful surroundings, within walking distance of Kerteminde. Sharing the toilet and bathroom was fine. The door to the downstairs toilet, though authentic, was very noisy.
