We'd paid for August 17th to August 19th, but traffic made us arrive a day late, so we only used the room for one day. That was my fault. On August 19th, we told them we wanted to stay, but couldn't pay because their payment system wasn't working. They said we had to leave, so we took our luggage out to the street. While we were out, we managed to pay, and they offered the room again. But the sheets were still unwashed, and neither the room nor the toilet had been cleaned or disinfected. I don't recommend staying here again. 😤

I booked through Agoda from the US and was supposed to get an SMS with a payment link, followed by my entry code and room number. I tried several times and even spoke with the after-hours support person, but the message never arrived. My phone was working, since I was using it to call them. They had no other way for guests to pay, so I was left stranded and had to find same-day accommodation elsewhere at great expense. The customer support was hopeless. They seemed not to care whether I stayed there or not.

Check-in and check-out were easy with the automated system, though there were no staff on site. For the price, it felt like poor value: this is a hostel rather than a hotel, since you have to put the sheets on yourself. The shower wasn't clean. When we called, the staff were friendly about it and reimbursed us.

A straightforward hotel with nice rooms at a very reasonable price. They text you the door code, and checkout is handled through a link in another text. Breakfast is optional and very good.

The rooms are basic but clean, with everything you need, and the price is really good for what you get. It's in a handy spot next to a sports arena, and there are shops and places to eat about a 15-minute walk away. I'd stay again next time I'm passing through.
