The wines worked beautifully with the exquisite food, and the staff were attentive and clearly cared about the service. I stayed overnight after dinner and would come back for another getaway. The weather in the picture doesn't really show how cozy the place can feel.

Dinner was creative and really tasty both times we ate at the Restaurant. The menu wasn't very varied, though the kitchen was happy to make changes, which delighted the people I was dining with. The chef was lovely, and all the staff were warm and cheerful. My room was on the small side compared with places I usually stay, but the layout made it cozy and comfortable. There was still space for my oversized suitcase, and the table worked well as a desk. The large bed was comfortable, and the clean linens kept me warm through the night. Breakfast was excellent, with friendly, prompt service. The welcoming breakfast area put me in a good frame of mind for the workday. A wonderfully quaint hotel, highly recommended.

It's a bit out of the way, but the food makes the trip worthwhile, and breakfast is a lovely reason to stay. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area.

The rooms were just what I needed, and breakfast was lovely. Dinner was elegant, full of flavor, and very well made. Friendly service helped make it an excellent evening, and the place was well worth the trip.
