The little pool nearby is tidy and does the job when you want to cool off on a hot summer day. There are good washing facilities beside it, including warm showers. Just be aware the water can feel quite cold, especially if it’s windy or the weather isn’t very warm. The place itself is small but comfortable, clean, and not too dusty, which I appreciated as someone with a strong dust allergy.

The site is bordered by trees and fields, with a beautiful beach just across the road. There’s a shop at the entrance for groceries, baked goods, and ice cream. Families should find plenty to do, with a pool and children’s playground. There’s lots of room for tents and caravans, plus plenty of showers and bathroom stalls. Our overnight stay for two people in a tent was 180 kr, with showers included.

Everything was clean, and the owners were really friendly. The minigolf course is lovely, even if it’s hard to play.
