The garden, full of lavender, and the yard made it feel like we were surrounded by nature. Birkende BnB also worked really well as a base on Fyn island, close enough to Odense and the seaside. Jens and Conny were lovely hosts and answered all our questions. We had our own kitchen, but Conny's breakfast was so delicious that I'd still recommend choosing it.

We arrived late after a long day of driving, and the owners took great care of us. It's a really quiet spot, a bit of a find, in an old-fashioned country farmhouse. The owners are fantastic and so friendly.

A few years back, our car broke down and Conny gave us a roof over our heads. She's just a really nice person.
