I booked a room after seeing the photos, but the room and bathroom we got weren't the ones shown. If you want the shower from the website photos instead of an old tub, you need to call or email and ask for it, even though the pictures appear with the booking. I asked for help when we arrived, hoping to get the room I'd booked and paid for, but Landal Resorts didn't help. My family and friends won't be coming back.

We were visitors from Norway and stayed for two days. The apartment impressed us: it was spacious and cozy, with everything needed in the kitchen. Rain spoiled our second day, and we only had two hours at the beach on arrival day, but thankfully there was an indoor pool where the kids could spend time too. And that beach is magnificent, so long and wide, and you can drive onto it and bring your car. We'll definitely return. I highly recommend the place.

We came for mini golf, picked up a few basics at the mini shop, and had dinner. The location is lovely, with the beach nearby and beautiful sunsets on sunny days. Landal usually has a nice atmosphere and friendly service, and that was true here too. The course is fun, if a little short. The shop has very few things and hardly any fresh vegetables, though the local strawberries were great. At the restaurant, service was super friendly and they gave vegetarian options special attention. There was even a nice vegan falafel salad. The desk staff also kindly offered to mail our postcard and helped us with it. The nearest mailbox is in Lokken, ten km north, so it was surprising to find you apparently can't send a postcard by mail. Stamps were also ridiculous, almost four euros per card. Still, nothing wrong with Landal.

It's a very worn-out holiday place, though the price feels fair and there's plenty to do. We had a lot of fun at the pools, especially on the waterslide. Bring your own tennis racket, badminton racket, mini golf gear and so on, and those activities are free.
