The annex where we stayed was fine, but the main manor is what makes the place special. It would definitely be a National Trust site if it were back in the UK. Having dinner in the hall was a lovely experience, with amazing food and awesome staff.

The grounds are really nice, but the rest needs some work. Our room had lots of spiders, and the bathroom was dated. Breakfast was served in the basement. I spent a good 30 minutes looking for a barmaid or anyone who could get me a drink, then someone said she'd send a person to make coffee, but nobody ever came.

We arrived late at night after calling on the way, and they sorted it out without any trouble. The owners are Danish and Swedish, and the surroundings are really charming. It's a cozy place with the feel of an old manor house, old-fashioned and charming but with clean, fresh facilities. Breakfast was good too. I can really recommend it.

The location is great, but the food portions are incredibly small. I might return for the location, though I'll eat somewhere else.

The annex was clean, cozy, and quiet, and the location is amazing, with gorgeous grounds. We had excellent service at breakfast, in the cafe, and in the lobby. Highly recommended.
