The rooms weren't too bad in general, but having to pay extra for water and electricity was annoying. Check the invoice picture. Finding the way from the residential complex to Aquadome the first time was a challenge. There were no signs, and we saw cars turning around almost every day trying to find their accommodation. The Dome itself had no signs either. The sauna was nowhere near relaxing. During an Aufguss session, the noise felt like being in a Middle Eastern market on a hot summer day, and people left their rubbish behind afterward. Don't expect much from the so-called Panoramic view Sauna. It felt like they'd given up on enforcing any rules for sauna visitors. Our first and last visit.

The staff were generally kind, especially the younger ones, and the place wasn't too bad overall. But the prices are high, which is normal for DK, and I wouldn't recommend staying longer than three days, particularly with small children. The beds were horrible. The pillows and mattress were old, stained and poor quality, so we couldn't sleep comfortably at all.

I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The staff were rude, offered no help and showed no respect for customers. Service was poor, and the whole atmosphere was unpleasant. I won't return or recommend it to anyone.

⚠️ Anyone booking holiday houses at Lalandia should know this: your accommodation payment doesn't cover utilities. Water and electricity are billed separately after your stay, based on what you actually use. For just three days, especially in winter, electricity for heating can bring the bill to several hundred DKK. This wasn't made very clear during booking, and the invoice only arrives after you've left.

We had a great family holiday, all five of us. The pool was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. The cottage was fine too, though the kitchen felt a little small with just two burners.
