Quistgaarden Bed & Breakfast

The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the rooms are good, though there was a bit of noise that we could live with. The hosts were fantastic and the service was good. We had a fantastic stay and can definitely recommend a goddess evening. We’ll certainly come back.

The little touches made my stay at Quistgaarden especially memorable. When I arrived tired and cold, their granddaughter’s colorful homemade gingerbread cookies with coffee felt like such a kind welcome. After a long hike in freezing weather, there was plenty of coffee, and breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade jam and freshly baked buns. The service was top notch from the start: they arranged to pick me up at the harbor when I had no energy left to hike and couldn’t find my shelter, then gave me a ride to Næstved the next morning. Quistgaarden is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast that goes the extra mile to make guests’ stays memorable. Thanks, and see you again. PS: If you book through hotels.com, you automatically get a personal code for your room. Handy! Best regards, Liv Karin Teigen Rasmussen

We booked breakfast for the next morning, and it was super delicious. We stayed one night at Quistgaarden Bed & Breakfast. Getting in was confusing at first, until we noticed the hidden keypad on the door. The website listed the room as 2 m2, which made us curious, but luckily it was bigger. It wasn’t very clean, though: crumbs were on the sofa, the shower cabin had black stains, and there were stinking bones on the ceilings. A nice place, just not the cleanest.

There were spiders in all the rooms, and things had been left dirty and forgotten under the furniture. The rooms weren’t very clean, and noise carried incredibly badly between them.
