Solbjerggaard bed and breakfast

Marie-Louise made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was so thoughtful about making sure we had what we needed. Her tips for local attractions and places to eat helped us make the most of our time in Funen. The garden was a huge hit with our two boys. They explored, played, enjoyed the fresh air, and especially loved roasting marshmallows over an open fire, which they still talk about. Our room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable mix of rustic charm. Homemade breakfast with fresh local ingredients was a highlight each morning. Solbjerggaard gave us a great balance of relaxation and family fun in the Danish countryside. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and make memories with the boys, and we highly recommend it to families looking for an authentic countryside stay. We can't wait to return!

The garden is beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. It was relaxing to sit in the courtyard or garden with the other guests. Marie-Louise and her very friendly staff made us feel at home, and the toys and things for the kids made our stay more comfortable. We came with two children, and they absolutely loved it. Nearby villages are lovely, with restaurants serving great food. This B&B has been beautifully cared for in a picturesque setting. The rooms and bathrooms have been newly renovated since the new host took over. Marie-Louise makes the place feel especially welcoming, like home. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The garden was the best surprise, with so many lovely little spots where we could just wander and settle in. We spent the past few days at Solbjerggaard and couldn't have hoped for a better stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, plus an incredibly comfortable bed. We looked forward to breakfast every day, with its delicious local products, brought each morning by the very friendly owner, Marie-Louise. We'll definitely be back!

This B&B is in a farm that's more than 300 years old. Our room was very spacious and nicely renovated.
