The hotel is easy to get to, and we were both very happy with our stay. I was there with my husband last week. Our room was nice and clean, with a bathroom inside, and the receptionist was very helpful; the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was standard, with egg, bacon, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, and more. It was delicious and nice. I’m very grateful, and we’ll definitely come back 😊

It was fine, though there wasn’t a toilet or sink in the room. Staff weren’t around much, but it was totally off-season, so I understand. When they were there, they were super helpful. It’s a small town.

We’d had reservations since October or November for December 22 through Christmas. Six days before our Christmas vacation, after I asked what days they’d be serving breakfast, they told me they’d cancelled because of renovation issues with one of their rooms. They hadn’t bothered to let us know. Stay away from this crappy "hotel". Their response was that there was ample time to book another hotel. But this is a very small city with just 2 hotels and a handful of B&Bs in the area, and none had rooms available for new bookings 8 days before Christmas. What well-managed hotel decides to renovate 8 days before Christmas?

The customer service and hospitality were something else. I’ve been to many hotels and never felt as welcome as I did here. Hi, I went to this hotel and have to say it was the best experience in a long time. Thanks so much 😊😊

We had half a chicken, battered and deep-fried the way chip shops cook chicken in England. The place was really cute and fun, with a vintage 1970s feel. Music was the theme of the decor, and record covers were displayed all around.
