CABINN Odense Hotel

Being able to walk to the old town and stay right by the railway station was convenient. The room felt a bit cramped, and freight trains passing at night made a lot of noise, so we had to keep the windows shut. Breakfast on the top, seventh floor was okay. A good hotel overall.

I spent 10 days here on a business trip in Fyn, and the room was cleaned just once. Worse, the fresh towels they left were covered in blood. The hotel is a short walk from the center, but being next to the train station made it very noisy. The basement parking costs over 100DKK a night, which is a joke. The entrance is VERY narrow, and a B-class Mercedes is about the largest car that can fit. If you can stay somewhere else, avoid this Hotel!!!

The shower is awkward to use, and with nothing on the floor to stop water, it goes everywhere. My room was tiny and dusty, and the carpet didn't feel clean. The mattress and comforter had stains, though the sheets looked clean. For a very short stay on a tight budget it might do, but I wouldn't pay over 75€ for a room here. I've found cleaner, better options at that price.

The staff made this stay. They were so friendly and made sure I got everything I asked for, including a hair dryer and an umbrella. I arrived at 7am and they let me check in then, even though the usual time is 3pm. They also upgraded me to a better room for free. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms have everything you need for the price, and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!
