The staff were great and always there when you needed them. The single-pane windows let in a lot of noise from the street below, so I look forward to visiting again after the renovation, or at least once the windows have been replaced. Please keep the spirit and classical appearance of this lovely old hotel.

The staff were friendly all around, especially the receptionist, and the room was clean. The bathroom looked incredible and really had a vibe to it. Right in the heart of Odense, the hotel has amazing exterior and interior design. I recommend it!

Street noise comes through the old single-pane windows as if they were open, so we didn't sleep well, especially with children along. The hotel, service, and breakfast did meet expectations.

The reception staff give guests earplugs, which says something about the noise. A very loud nightclub is only 30 meters away, and the crowded area is noisy at night; I didn't feel safe going outside. The windows are over 20 years old and let in every street sound. Rooms get cold in the evenings because the heating doesn't work very well. The interiors are outdated, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable, with dirty old carpets. The worst hotel in the city. I do not recommend it!

We loved the breakfast and had a very nice room with a view. It's a beautiful, charming hotel, and we were very happy with our stay. We could only stay one night this time, but hope to return in the future.
