The hotel has lovely surroundings and a beautiful garden, with furnished corners where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the view. There are also a bar, table tennis, board games, and billiards to make the stay more pleasant. Our clean, comfortable room had a nice temperature, and breakfast was delicious. On arrival, we were offered tea or coffee, free throughout our stay. The hotel has its own free parking too. One of the most welcoming hotels we've ever visited.

A receptionist wishing you a good day may seem like a small thing, but it made the stay that much better. The room was very nice, and the food looked like something from MasterChef. I liked the bar area with its pool table, billiards table, dart board, and ping pong. I came for a business trip but would honestly come back on holiday. I love the Danish culture and met some wonderful people. Easy five stars for me.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good, but the room was by no means 4 stars. There was mold in the bathroom, and the carpet needs cleaning again because it had quite a few stains.

The one staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I was there during Denmark's Corona lockdown, when hotel service was very limited. Still, the rooms were very simple and the bathroom was anything but spacious or modern. I was looking for a business hotel, but would judge this more as a budget one.

We arrived at 8:30 pm to find the reception and hotel closed, even though they were supposed to stay open until 10. Luckily another guest let us in. Our keys were in an envelope at reception, but we hadn't received an email or SMS. The reception hours were confusing. The beds were too soft and too little water came out of the shower. It's a good hotel with greater potential: it was clean, well designed, had a nice breakfast, and good parking spaces.
