Hotel Odeon

The one bright spot with the service was the older lady who checked me in. She was very nice and friendly. Beyond that, I was disappointed and would strongly recommend against staying at hotel odeon. When I looked for the standard little mini fridge in my room, staff at the front counter told me only suites get a fridge. I had already paid for three nights, so she quoted the cost to upgrade to a suite at essentially 10,000 krone for the three nights. My original stay had cost less than 1000 Canadian dollars. She said upgrading would mean another 2500 Canadian dollars, but later my gf checked the hotel odeon website and found a suite for just over 2000 Canadian dollars for three nights. They were willing to charge me an extra 2500 Canadian dollars for the mini fridge. At check-in, the woman at the front desk also told me that putting one wrong number on my license in denmark carries a harsher penalty than car theft or breaking and entering in canada. The restaurant hc by Meyers is closed on Sundays, and the internet is incredibly bad. My ps portal keeps losing its connection while sitting idle on the home screen.

During my seminar, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and their smiles radiated positive energy. It's refreshing to find a place where courtesy, kindness, and professionalism are central to the experience. Kudos to the whole team for that rare, precious human touch.

Christina at the front desk gave us spot-on dinner recommendations, and we really enjoyed the comfy bed. The decor was very nice, and the service was the friendliest. We highly recommend Hotel Odeon!

Breakfast was delicious and probably my favorite part of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to walk to both the train station and the city center. I arrived before check-in and they let me store my luggage for free. My room was spacious and had A/C, and the bathroom was quite large for a European hotel. They also supplied basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Odeon and would recommend it to anyone visiting Odense.
