We were traveling by bicycle and couldn't just continue to somewhere else, though if you're driving, keep going. We won't stay here again. For over $300 US, this was a terrible experience, and I only gave it two stars because a hotel is better than sleeping by the road. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and a few restaurants are within walking distance. That's about the full list of positives. The building and rooms were dark and hot, with no air conditioning or even a fan. The stairways were very steep and felt dangerous. Our room was tiny, more like a two-star or hostel room, with poor lighting, a broken TV and a note saying it was broken, unsupported pillows, very little counter space and no desk. The bathroom was so cramped I had to turn sideways to brush my teeth, and the toilet looked like it was from the 1950s. Breakfast was pathetic: no choices, served to us rather than offered as a buffet, and no better than gas station food, if that. They act as though it's exceptional. The whole place was a major disappointment. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels, large and small, from two to five stars.
