The house looked visibly dirty, with cobwebs even in the toaster. The owner was unfriendly and hung up on us when we tried to check in. As we were leaving, the cleaner began shouting and throwing towels and pillows onto the stairs outside, which made us even more concerned about the place's overall cleanliness.

Bed bug bites during our stay, along with what felt like the rudest host I've ever dealt with. From the first meeting, the owners were confrontational and aggressive in how they spoke to us. There was no basic hospitality or service, and the place didn't meet even basic hygiene standards. It has become my number one worst stay. I'd urge anyone to book somewhere else, even if it's farther away. This place isn't worth your time or money.

We're a family from Thailand who travel regularly, and Denmark is one of our annual destinations. We stayed less than six hours before deciding to leave, and we won't ever return. The owner made us feel unwelcome. Right after I'd transferred the money, he started complaining about family members in another room because they'd moved some chairs out onto the balcony. The garden had a Private sign. It seemed he cared about getting paid, but not about the guests. Maybe I'll come back on my own one day to have a word with them about how rudely they treated my family.

The road right beside the place made it noisy. There wasn't much traffic at night, luckily, but we could hear every vehicle. The so-called terrace was covered in dirt and spider webs, clearly not cleaned in a long time. The mattress and bed linen were very poor too. The owners were the main reason for our bad experience. The couple gave us a very cold welcome and were unhelpful on arrival, without even introducing themselves or the place. When I asked for a bath mat to prevent slipping, the male owner first denied having one, which wasn't true, or refused to give us even an extra towel for the floor. Later, the female owner nearly blamed us for water outside the shower. Then he rudely told me not to put chairs outside, though I was only moving them temporarily to make room to unpack.
