We had a super stay and wished we could've stayed longer. The centre has a laid-back, informal feel, like an upmarket hostel by the sea. On arrival, the complimentary tea, coffee, sweets and cake were much appreciated. We got in late, and Christine offered us a DIY BBQ. It was a brilliant option and made for a fun, delicious meal. Breakfast was a treat too, with a buffet that introduced us to Danish traditions and tastes.

We rented the whole Kaløvig Center for 48 hours, from 18/8-20/8 2023, for a silver wedding weekend with our closest family and friends. Jytte met us on Friday afternoon, showed us around thoroughly and handed over the keys. There was a room for each guest, plus a sleeping cabin. We all enjoyed every hour in this beautiful place. We played games in the garden and in the Slyngelstuen, swam, sang, danced, sunbathed and went hiking. We ate in the cafe, grilled on the terrace and held our party dinner in the Udsigten hall. We handled our own food and drinks, bringing some with us and buying sandwiches, dinner and brunch locally at Stenbækhus in Mols. Thanks again for letting us borrow this little gem.

The surroundings are especially beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too. I can only recommend this lovely place.
