Ribe Camping

The site is lovely and handy for town, with friendly staff. The motorhome pitches are a good size and range from all gravel to all grass, with mixed surfaces in between. Facilities are modern and well kept, and there were no queues for the toilets or showers. Hot shower water was paid for at the end of the holiday, charged in four minute units. The system worked really well. I'd happily stay again.

We paid 80€ for one night for four people, then found out that pretty much everything costs extra, including showers, toilets and anything useful. The pitches are tiny for that price. It feels like a complete rip-off. A regular caravan parking lot would have been more comfortable and much better value.

Ribe Camping is a peaceful place to unwind, with lovely surroundings and friendly, helpful staff. We come often with our camper van and have never been disappointed. The campsite is well maintained, with clean toilets and spotless cooking facilities. It's a great choice for a short stay or a longer trip. Highly recommend!

This is a big, well maintained site with good facilities on the edge of Ribe. The pitches are mostly arranged in groups of 4-8, which gives it a smaller site feel. It's easy to get into town, where there are good supermarkets, a petrol station and plenty of places to eat. The Claas farm machinery showroom is excellent too, if that's your thing. We arrived during the jazz festival, which looked like great fun. Ribe is nice for a wander, with coffee or a beer along the way. The site seems to suit everything from cyclists with tents to very large motorhomes. I'd happily recommend it.
