Four Points Flex by Sheraton Roskilde

My sister and I were excited about the two night stay at Four point, Roskilde that my mom gave us as a gift (29/10/2025 - 31/10/2025). The simple rooms were lovely, and the location couldn’t be better. But our last night, 30/10/2025, left us with a bad experience. We’d gone out to meet a friend, and my sister left earlier with both door cards by mistake. When I got back to the hotel around 45min later, I couldn’t get in, so she came down to let me through. The receptionist seemed displeased as soon as he saw me. He demanded to know what I was doing there and told my sister she couldn’t have guests. I explained that I was a hotel guest, but he questioned me about what the room looked like and its number. I understand he was doing his job, and this sort of mix-up can happen, but it could have been handled pleasantly. His approach felt completely hostile and ruined the experience. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The staff were helpful with everything, and the prices were affordable. Breakfast was good, too. It’s a clean, casual hotel in a nice location, with decent rooms and pretty basic equipment. You can rent bikes there, so there’s no need to use app-based ones.

The rooms were good and had enough space, and the breakfast was great. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Great spot in Roskilde.

You’re mostly paying for the central location. The room was really old and bare, with no outlets available and no ceiling lights in the main room. After showering, water had to be shoveled away heavily. Service wasn’t bad, just nothing special. It’s quite expensive for what you get.
