We stayed at seven different hotels during a bike tour around Denmark with my daughter, and this one was a favorite. The staff were so nice, and breakfast was fantastic, easily the best spread we saw during our two weeks in the country. We especially liked the pile of oranges and juicer for fresh-squeezed juice, along with all the other choices. We really enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel is very affordable and perfectly fine, with great staff and amazing common areas. I loved the location and the park. Breakfast was very good, though I never tried the restaurant. My only suggestion would be to add some hammocks outside.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious, with free parking and a very good breakfast. The location is good, behind a park in the middle of Roskilde. The room felt quite outdated, though, with no air conditioning, and the bathroom had a strange smell that was neither bad nor good. The restaurant food was good, but the prices were preposterous, really horribly overpriced.

We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, from small two-star places to big five-star ones, and this is a great hotel that gets the basics right. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the property and room were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the Wi-Fi was good, the shower and sink had good water pressure, and there was secure bicycle storage. The restaurant and food were great, and it’s right by a park. Restaurants aren’t within walking distance, but the hotel has a good one. We’d gladly stay again.

The buffet breakfast had lots of variety and was good value. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna in the basement felt strange, though.
