The houses were okay, but the parking change was a mess. We arrived in the dark with no warning that all parking had to be outside the area, and it ended up costing us DKK 1750. My family has spent a few days here every year for about 30 years. I have a feeling this was our last visit.
There are play areas and ball fields, so the complex is clearly set up for families. The apartments have what you'd expect, plus a cozy patio and lawn, though they don't offer much privacy. It's close to a great beach and the little town of Sæby, which makes it a nice spot for a family holiday.
The beach was okay, though there are lots of shells, and the outdoor playground was all right too. The cleaning and service were great. The swimming pool could use an upgrade.
The rooms were good, and it was easy to get down to the water. We had a great stay, the houses were amazing.
