Dallund Slot

Susanne coordinated everything for us, even arranging a hot dog truck for midnight. My family and I made the best memories here. The food was AMAZING, and I really didn’t expect the experience they gave us. I had the best wedding here in December, with wonderful staff and food that was absolutely delicious. It felt like a fairytale. The rooms are incredible, the beds so comfortable, and everyone was so friendly. I’d recommend it for any kind of event, or even just a walk around the beautiful grounds. 10/10!

The food was wow, truly worthy of a Michelin star, and we wished we could have stayed at least two nights. Dallund and its grounds are beautiful, and the owner and staff really are magic. Sanne, who runs Dallund, is a dedicated professional. She made our daughter's wedding incredible, with amazing attention to detail and execution. Not a single thing was missed. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. We asked for minimal decoration in the slot, and were glad we did. Its charm and simplicity made the place feel magical. One of our photos shows the dining room before it was fully decorated, without candles or flowers, and it was still pretty. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and it was lovely that every room had an en suite. I’m writing after a wedding, but if you’re considering a meeting or retreat, stop thinking and just do it. We can’t recommend Dallund enough for weddings in any season, meetings, events, or reunions. It’s truly magical.

A hidden gem with a lovely park and beautiful trees near the castle. There’s a bird-viewing tower and a spot where you can barbecue, plus a very nice walk around the lake.

Such a beautiful place, and a wonderful spot to meet and get work done.
