Pia's b&b made a great base for exploring Tasinge island and Svendborg, with its lovely harbour and sailing-town feel. The island itself is a charming mix of thatched cottages, farms, forests and beaches. It reminded me of the Cotswolds, with the added bonus of being by the coast. A perfect countryside break from city life in Denmark, and the Danish breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great. We picked from a small menu the night before and ordered an egg, yoghurt, two buns and a piece of fruit per person, which was plenty for us. The mattresses felt a bit too soft.

Waking up to birdsong and fields with grazing horses was a real pleasure. The nature around Teglgaarden is beautiful, and Pia and Søren made us feel at home. We spent a few nights in the Tiny House, which was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for peace and time close to nature.

The breakfast was beyond the ordinary, and the room was spacious and very clean. We had a lovely stay at Teglgaarden for two nights as a family of three. Highly recommended.

The peaceful surroundings and animals make this a really lovely place to stay. The rooms have an old-fashioned charm, with a good bed and a cozy way out to your own garden. Breakfast was lovely too, ordered to your liking and served in the room or garden, where there are tables and chairs. Warmest recommendations from me 🌷👍
