The garden Annex was fantastic, with the kids in the room next to ours. We loved sitting by the sea, swimming, relaxing in the lovely garden, and walking to the nearby restaurant. The children especially loved it. My wife and I had picked Troense after reading a magazine article, then chose Troense Bed and Breakfast by the Sea because of its location on Google Maps. We were already getting excited as we drove into town. When we saw the B&B, we knew it would be one of the highlights of our Denmark trip. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

The couple running the place are wonderful hosts. The house is right by the sea, and the rooms are cozy and clean. Don't miss the amazing breakfast. I'd definitely stay again :)

The location is fantastic, with views of Svendborgsund and Thurø, and it's a great base for visiting Tåsinge, Langeland, Svendborg, and other places in this beautiful part of Denmark. I stayed here with my daughter from April 18 to 20 at the beautiful Troense Bed and breakfast by the sea. The decor is lovely and cozy. Hanne, the hostess, takes time to welcome you and tell you about the area, so you feel at home as soon as you walk in. One morning we had our fantastic, beautifully prepared and tasty breakfast down in the annex by the beach. It was so cozy and peaceful, with only the waves on the shore and birdsong announcing spring. Thank you, Hanne, for opening the doors to your beautiful home. I can only recommend this place. Troense itself is worth a visit, with its lovely houses and waterside setting. At Troense Bed and Breakfast, we had a perfect stay, with a beautiful view, sublime service, friendly hosts, and the best breakfast ☕️🌼🌞
