We came to see my father's grave in the Commonwealth memorial at the Cemetery, and the church curator took us on a tour of northern Denmark. My wife and I stayed at the B&B for two nights in May 2011. The facilities were wonderful, and the residents were friendly. We walked along the beaches and had breakfast at the hotel while our hosts were out of town. Thank you for such a lovely visit.

We only booked a room for one night, not the apartment, and had never seen anything like it. The place looked thrown together with discarded furniture, and the windows were so dirty you couldn't see inside. The bed linen was old and stained, the mattress topper had urine stains on both sides, and there were small animals crawling on the mattress. We didn't stay and got a 500 DKK refund. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owners live in the house and are very friendly, and they speak good German. The kitchen is shared between them and the tenants, and children are always welcome. The house is lovely, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a big garden, sun lounger, chairs, and a table. The apartment was very clean and had a dining room, living room, small bathroom with shower, bedroom, and terrace. If I holiday in Vorupør again, this will be my first choice. I'd happily stay here again! 👍 👍

When bad weather caught me out on my bike, the owner quickly fixed up a room so I could get out of it. He was really kind. The furnishings are basic, but there's everything you need, and shops are an easy walk away.
