The rooms have a lovely kitchen with good pots and pans. We liked the bowls and cups so much that we bought the same ones ourselves. And the place was spotless, even in winter, cleaner than our own home. You can bring your own Chromecast, too. The owner was polite and quick to help, whether we asked about food, transport, or something that had broken. We accidentally damaged the shower by turning it the wrong way, our mistake, but we weren't charged and he could have fixed it that same day if we'd needed him to. It was our first stay, but definitely not our last. You feel so welcome here. This review doesn't do the place justice. If I had to describe Denmark, I'd say: here, coziness, warmth, a lit terrace, good jokes with the owner, help, honesty, and openness :D

Host Lars made us feel welcome, and I highly recommend Holiday home THY. The apartments are clean, cozy, and quiet, with a kitchenette and bathroom, plus good shared facilities. There's a well-stocked grocery store just around the corner where you can get breakfast bread.

At DKK 1000 for one night without breakfast, having to do so much yourself felt like too much. Before leaving, you have to strip the beds and take the bedding to the laundry room. The beds weren't made when we arrived, and their layout made one bed impossible to reach without climbing over another. We moved them so we could get in and out normally. The bedding was gray and the towels charcoal gray, so it was impossible to tell if they were clean. There were no bedside lamps, just an awful ceiling light, and no kettle or toaster in the room despite the small kitchen. Don't arrive tired.

The apartments are clean and homely, with good kitchenettes and plenty of room. There's also a nice kitchen and a big living room. Definitely recommend it.
