We stayed for three days and never saw the owner. On arrival it was hard to figure out where we were meant to stay, and nobody helped us find our rooms. She did kindly allow a late checkout. The place was very dirty, and there were what felt like a million flies in the room. Since it's a farm, flies and such are understandable, but the animals' living conditions seemed harsh and poorly maintained. If you're allergic to cats or dogs, don't go. We hadn't been told about them, and cats and dogs would just walk into the apartment, so we couldn't leave the doors open.

The price is low, but the hospitality was below zero. It could be a good place to save on accommodation when visiting Legoland.

It's a pretty quiet place, and that's why I gave it three stars rather than one. Shops are 5 km away, and there's not much to do except perhaps go for a walk. It is quite an interesting experience, though, and worth trying if you want a break from the stress and noise of a big, crowded town.

They canceled the evening before we were due to leave, after we'd planned a 950km trip. I can't say much else, but they should have canceled earlier.
