The indoor pools are fun, and the place itself is nice. There's a guest kitchen if you want to cook, though I'd bring your own utensils since they don't have many. Grocery stores are nearby. You can pay in euros, which will be converted to Danish kroner. Food is a bit pricey, so cooking for yourself might make sense. Hope you enjoy your stay! :)

The receptionist was very nice, and fortunately there was an accessible shower we could use. The room wasn't in great shape, though, and the cold water pressure was extremely low, with none coming through the shower. Remember to bring towels and bedsheets, as it may not be clear on every booking site that you need to bring them.

We arrived in the middle of the night and were more or less stranded. Using the phone by the front door, staff gave us a key from a small lockbox. The trust they showed us by letting us get a room that way was unlike anything I've experienced before. It's a hostel, so don't expect the usual hotel services, but it's the best hostel stay I've had so far. Our room was clean and modern, with a flat-screen TV and a really warm, comfortable bed, more like a hotel room than a typical hostel room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we had an issue with MasterCard, they were flexible about when we paid. Breakfast was a good, varied buffet. If you're looking for an inexpensive stay and can manage on your own, this is THE place.
