Siesta Vejle

We arrived in the morning and the owners let us leave our bags at the apartment first, which was really helpful. They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The self-catering studio had its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, and it's a convenient 10-minute walk from the train station and city centre. It worked well for a couple. Apartment 15 was spacious, comfortable, and very clean for our two-night stay. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and lovely. We had a really enjoyable time in Vejle and would gladly recommend it.

You're only two minutes on foot from the centre, and it's definitely worth staying here. The house is charming and split into several apartments over different floors. Each floor has two rooms sharing a bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is modern and new, and the rooms have a rug, a comfortable double bed, and two duvet covers. I did find the pillow uncomfortable, and there's no fridge in the room. You can buy beers and other items there. The lady gives you a key for the entrance doors, replies to messages almost immediately, and is very kind. Renting a bike is possible and really useful, at 80 kunas, about 12 euros a day.

I love being able to make my own breakfast on vacation, and this place made that easy. We stayed in room 14 in a beautiful Danish house, sharing the kitchen and bathroom, though we only crossed paths with the others that morning. The hospitality was kind and the comfort was there all around. Soap and detergent were provided, including what you need for the washing machine. It costs 20 kroner for two hours, so you can do as many washes as you want, and there's a free dryer. There's motorcycle parking right outside the window. It's uncovered, but fully monitored. I highly recommend it! ❤
