We found a large dog park less than a five-minute walk away, which is handy if you're travelling with pets. The countryside setting was lovely, and the hosts were so helpful. When we said we were going to an event, they told us to take extra bread, ham and cheese from breakfast for lunch sandwiches. They even brought out a big thermos of tea for us to take along and return when we got back.

Breakfast is served in the old mill, where the host was warm and really caring. You can also put together a lunch box. The rooms are simple, but they have everything you need and are set in a converted stable.

Such a friendly place. I love it here, it feels like a farm.

Nothing fancy about the place, but it has the basics covered, including a private bathroom and Wi-Fi.

There are lots of stairs, and it's a beautiful place for taking long walks around.
