I was glad to find a hotel in my hometown where I could book online, and its location right in the center of Baní is a real plus. There’s a restaurant and parking, and both the customer service and the friendly, professional security staff were great. My room was a good size and the AC worked very well. I’d stay here again when I’m back in town. There were some problems with the room, though. A decorative pillow had a dry-looking stain that made me wonder about the cleaning, and the sheets didn’t seem well washed. The bed was usable but not very comfortable. On a rainy night, a lot of water came through a crack near the air conditioner. Room service was also a bad experience.

Being right downtown was a big plus, and the front desk person was very friendly. But our apartment was half a block from the hotel, and several things were off: the pillows were dirty, so we took them down for clean ones, and the new toilet paper roll had a water stain from under the sink. It wasn’t spotless. The overhead shower didn’t work, and there was no hot water in the second bedroom. Street noise kept me awake, so I slept on the couch, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the bedroom. We also had to climb three flights with no elevator, which was tough for two older ladies. The staff were nice and the stay was okay, but I’m not sure I’d return.

The breakfast is included, but it takes a long time to be served. There are restaurants within walking distance, and supervised parking is available at both the front and back of the hotel.

We stopped here for a night on our way south. The studio was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. There’s a large supermarket nearby, plus several restaurants; the hotel also has its own restaurant.
