The apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a lovely colonial-style view. Miguelina is wonderful, and I felt safe there. It’s also close to everything, with the beach about a 10-minute walk away. A good choice whether you’re on your own or with family. Getting around is easy since transportation is readily available, and the fares are reasonable. It’s a very quiet place.

I didn’t feel safe here. The owner would sometimes walk through the yard yelling at people, and neighbors played loud music until 4 or 5 in the morning. The internet was very poor and there wasn’t a TV. The apartment was also overpriced for what it offered, with old, uncomfortable furniture and no mosquito screens on the windows.

There’s security and maintenance, and the service is really good. My only complaint is that it could use more air conditioning, then it would be perfect.

I wouldn’t stay in this complex again, even for free. The buildings are neglected, damaged, dirty, old, and smell bad. They’ve apparently never been renovated since opening. The furniture is in poor shape, and the owner ignores complaints. The mattresses gave me skin rashes, and I couldn’t sleep.
