The sunrise was a highlight for us each morning. The colors, peaceful atmosphere, and fresh breeze made it a joyful, relaxing start to the day. The beach was beautiful and clean, with crystal-clear water. Room service was extraordinary and super fast whenever we ordered breakfast or evening snacks. We visited Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana in February as a group of 14, and every one of us enjoyed the property. Our ground-floor room had a castle view, which we loved from the balcony, and it was beautiful and very spacious. The Fantasia lobby buffet had an impressive range of food, sweets, and drinks at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for meat lovers, vegans, and vegetarians. We also tried the Esmeralda lobby and Amber buffets, each with something of its own. The bars had plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It was a fantastic, unforgettable experience.

The staff were so welcoming and lovely, and the beach was beautiful. The pools were amazing, great for relaxing or having fun. Bahia Principe Fantasia was fantastic for kids. My son loved every minute, and there was always something fun for him to do. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Juan Pablo was so nice, and water polo with him was a lot of fun. The morning workout was a great way to start the day, too. He’s the best! The whole vacation was amazing, and I’ve never met a friendlier group of people on a trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Our flight was cancelled, so we missed the first night of our booking. Liza and Nairobi helped us get a refund for that night, which we really appreciated. They also welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable after hearing it was our anniversary. They made our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia truly special. The food, activities, and overall experience were excellent for family fun. As vegetarians, we were very happy with how supportive the staff were in helping us find and enjoy vegetarian dishes. Liza and Nairobi, you’re amazing. Thank you!

We came back for a family vacation after visiting two years ago because our children love the waterslides. They also went above and beyond to make one of our daughters feel special on her birthday. The hotel was very clean, and the lobby bathrooms were always clean. We enjoyed the a la carte restaurants, but book ahead because places are limited. The service was very good, especially at the buffet. Richard looked after us from the first day and came over to say hi each day even though he was serving a different section. Alvaro always made a point of greeting us, too. They really made us feel welcome. Thanks for making the trip so memorable!
