Carlos was especially pleasant to communicate with and gave me all the information I needed. The service was excellent, and the apartment matched its photos. Its location is ideal, just steps from the beach, bars, and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and would return on my next trip to the Dominican Republic.

BEWARE, there are fees that weren’t disclosed. Expedia charged the full amount when I booked, but on arrival this place made another unauthorized charge to my card for the full cost of the stay. I don’t mean the usual security deposit. After we left, they refunded only part of it, saying electricity was charged separately. That fee wasn’t mentioned on the Expedia listing, and it was only disclosed by email after the free cancellation period had ended. I still haven’t received an invoice or any details for the extra charges, despite asking, and my last messages went unanswered. Their business practices seem very sketchy. Don’t rent here. In response to the owner: the expected amount was fully charged at the time of purchase through Expedia, as it is at other establishments. I travel in multiple countries each year and am a Platinum member, so I know how this works. The additional charge on arrival was unauthorized. Again, I’m not referring to the security deposit. The Expedia listing says nothing about other fees such as electricity, so I invite you to read it. The electricity charge was disclosed only after the free cancellation period. When you issued a partial refund on our departure day, you provided no invoice or details of the charges. I’m still waiting for those, so feel free to send them. And why are you reporting all the negative reviews? 🤔 That only makes you seem less honest.

BEWARE: hidden fees and unclear pricing. We paid $3200 for a week through Expedia, then, without our knowledge, another 2200 $ was charged to our card when we arrived. The Expedia listing never mentioned extra charges for electricity and incidentals. Hiding those costs until after a guest arrives feels incredibly deceptive, and possibly illegal. Expedia had already charged the full amount, so being made to pay extra for basic utilities is unacceptable. Save your money and find somewhere with transparent prices.

Don’t stay here if you expect the price you see to be the total. Hidden charges can make it double what you thought you’d pay. The condos are average at best, with basic amenities. For that price, I’d book a nice hotel.
