The penthouse was a highlight, and the pools were fantastic and well maintained. Other floors had decent rooms with great amenities too. The place felt like an oasis, and was perfect for our trip. It's very close to the beach, with a lovely view and location. The custodians didn't come in to clean, but management can arrange fresh towels and toilet paper when you contact them.

The street is narrow and I do wish there were an elevator, but otherwise I'd recommend this very nice place. The beach is walkable, and there's security around the clock.

The security is very good, and Munchy and Ramon were great at helping with food, transportation, and other things. The area is great, with food out front and a mini market on the same street. We had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, and all the amenities. The building could use some work, and the pool bar was closed, but it's still a great place to stay.

The apartment itself is comfortable, and the two rooftop pools are lovely. The staff were attentive and quick to sort out problems, and nearby restaurants deliver right to the door. That’s why I gave it three stars, but those positives weren’t enough to make me want to return. Getting here with luggage or groceries means climbing five flights of stairs, since there are no elevators. The beach is a walk away, but it’s dirty and you have to leave the resort and go out to the street to reach it. I wouldn’t want to swim in that water. Outside the gates, people were approaching us to sell excursions and other things, and the area felt very uncomfortable. The photos were seriously misleading. We’d been here about 24 hours and I already wanted the vacation to be over. I don’t recommend it, and I’d choose an all-inclusive resort instead. It might suit someone planning to spend the whole trip relaxing inside the apartment, but be very wary when booking. It’s listed online as a 5-star hotel, though it isn’t a hotel and is nowhere near 5 stars.
