The check-in lady was really nice. That’s about all the good I can say. Room 216 was in poor repair: the wardrobe was broken, the safe didn’t work, and there was no hot water. The water tasted salty. The windows wouldn’t fully close or lock, and the front door deadbolt only worked from inside. The bed had just a sheet, no cover, and there were no hand towels or washcloths. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly either. It was generally worn out and looked nothing like the Hotels.com photos. I struggled through the first night, but I wasn’t staying any longer. Definitely not worth the rates charged.

They use three different names depending on where you look: one on Booking, another on Google Maps, and a third on payment documents and invoices. I booked and paid in full for April 16 to April 24, but on April 23 they suddenly tried to make me leave, saying the booking ended that day. I showed them the confirmations proving it ran through April 24, but they kept saying I had to leave right away or pay another $100 for one more night. That’s a strange price when I’d paid around $500 for seven nights total. I refused to pay anything more and decided to sort it out through Booking.com. The place accepted cash only, and now Booking is having trouble processing my refund because the hotel uses different names on different documents. This is extremely shady and unprofessional. I was kicked out despite having paid for that night, had to urgently book another hotel, and the mess is ongoing because of their inconsistent business information. The worst part is how they replied to my Booking.com review, sounding professional and saying they’d provide the support team with the documents needed to resolve things. What documents? They did absolutely nothing. They ignored all my WhatsApp messages, never helped, and disappeared once the payment was made. In public they write polite replies and try to look cooperative, but privately they ignore customers and hope the problem goes away. This place is a complete nightmare. Please stay away and don’t waste your money.

The room didn’t match the Booking.com photos, and the customer service was appalling. They didn’t take my calls or answer my WhatsApp messages, even though I contacted them several times. I paid in full, saw the room, then asked for a refund. I received neither the money nor any communication. They told me to park across the road, but once I’d parked there, the attendant asked me for money to watch the car. The whole property feels like a scam. Avoid it and don’t book here.

We paid directly at the property, but still had unnecessary stress over payment, and we saw other guests struggling with unresolved issues. Communication through WhatsApp and Booking was very poor, and there’s no 24-hour reception. The photos are misleading because guests stay across the street from where most of them were taken. Although the property is advertised as beachfront, our room faced the city and we had to walk about eight minutes to get to the beach. Check-in was delayed, and we were exhausted after spending the night at the airport. The bathroom was still being cleaned when we arrived. The shower was broken and had to be held by hand. There was only cold water, no hot water. We didn’t see any common areas, pool, or proper waiting area.
