JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The whole staff across the property was great, always looking after us with smiles and lots of energy. My wife and I came for our 14 year anniversary and had an absolutely awesome time. Victor, our room butler, was a standout. He kept in close communication, stayed on top of everything, and went above and beyond to make the anniversary special. Each time we came back to the room there was a new little surprise. He also shifted times around so everything worked for us. When we return, we definitely want Victor again. I’d recommend this hotel for an adults only stay.

We were here for our daughter’s wedding at JOIA, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and happy, and the staff remembered our names. Our butler, Victor, handled whatever we needed or wanted to do. The maids were top notch, cleaning and preparing our room at least twice a day. Ery was a fun poolside bartender and made great drinks. Black Mamba, Snoop Dog, Ery, and Victor stood out, along with many others whose names I can’t remember. I hope we get the chance to visit again.

Everybody was joyful, eager to help, and made it a fantastic day. Victor, our room’s Butler, was absolutely fantastic, the best butler experience I’ve had. He kept us in the loop and made sure everything we needed was handled, from excursions and confirming plans to moving times and dates around. He made her anniversary extra special too. Every time we came back to our room, there was a new little gift or surprise. Highly recommend. I hope we get Victor again on our next stay!

Our 33rd anniversary trip was one to remember, and our butlers Houston and Jose contributed so much to that. They were outstanding, attentive, and informative. The whole Star Prestige team was excellent too. They coordinated reservations for golf, spa, and other things, arranged transport to and from the airport, and helped our whole party of 12, including six members. The restaurant and bar staff, and even our chamber maid, went above and beyond for all of us. The support from the entire team made the vacation special.
