Please don’t rent from this place. We booked through Expedia and paid $3200 for the week. My friends paid 1500 $ on Airbnb. When we arrived, the property charged another 2200 $ to our credit card without our knowledge, calling them hidden charges for electricity and incidentals that weren’t mentioned in the Expedia listing. Hiding costs until a guest arrives feels incredibly deceptive and possibly illegal. Expedia had already charged the full amount to my card, so being made to pay extra for basic utilities is unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere that’s upfront about pricing.

BEWARE, hidden fees. When we arrived, this place put an additional unauthorized charge on our credit card for the full stay, even though Expedia had already charged the full amount when we bought the trip. Afterward, we received only a partial credit. Their explanation was that electricity is charged separately, though this fee wasn’t described in the Expedia listing. That’s wrongful. Rent a hotel, they’re honest and don’t have hidden fees.
