If you're mainly looking for somewhere to sleep and won't spend much time in the apartment, it could work. The view is good and the beach is close, if that's what you're after. But the place needs a lot of repairs and remodeling. Our toilet seat was broken, there was no cable TV, and I could keep listing problems, so I won't get into them all.

Booking through Airbnb got us an apartment with a great view. Just be aware there can be noise from the club next door on weekends.

We were really disappointed with the apartment. It was noisy by the public beach, and we didn't feel safe. We checked in, then left the next day.

Someone broke in while I was there and robbed me, despite all the “security.” The owner didn't believe me.

Waking up with the sea right there is an experience you shouldn't miss. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities, and the service was very good. It's a spectacular place, and I'd recommend it.
